Help my Tofu fight FIP

My 5 month old kitten, Tofu, was recently diagnosed with a rare disease called FIP, which is essentially a death sentence for cats. We took him to several local vets to find a treatment but my efforts were to no avail. I thought that I would have to say goodbye to my beloved Tofu but fortunately, I came across Dr. Pedersen’s research on a treatment that could save his life and give him a fighting chance.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak in my country and the lack of information, my family was fully convinced that FIP (a feline coronavirus, totally unrelated to COVID-19) could be transferred to humans. One of my family members was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer so she felt paranoid being around Tofu. Nonetheless, I feel very grateful for the education and guidance I have received all working to help me understand the true nature of this disease. With a lot of support and immense help from the FIP community (Kitty Care Family), we found a wonderful foster mommy for him to stay with during treatment.

However, the treatment is expensive and as a high-school student, I do not have a bank account or savings to support Tofu’s treatment. A kind rescuer (Mary KittyCare) offered a few weeks worth of treatment, but we are in need of funds to continue his treatment after that. He has responded so well in the first week alone and I am so happy to see him full of life again. He’s made friends with Snowey, the foster mummy’s adorable puppy and they play together everyday. We also received his bloodwork and he’s already made such a miraculous improvement!

I badly want Tofu to have this chance to continue his treatment and return to me. Any help he can receive means the world to me. All donations will go into Tofu’s treatment and any unused portions will be donated to kittens with battles alike.
