Please consider supporting students in my timpani class to attend the October 31st Chicago Symphony Orchestra performance of Dvořák's 9th Symphony - "From the New World" - under the baton of emeritus conductor Riccardo Muti.

As college students, it is already a significant burden for them to purchase three pairs of professional timpani mallets, a tuning fork, and literature. ~$75/each for tickets and train fare into Chicago from NIU can get to be a challenge for these wonderful students. Every one of them works jobs while attending classes full-time and puts in some crazy hours to become our community's artists and educators. Every little bit helps. ($650 Goal)
