Help my team buy a fantastic, large Medieval tent!

I have a wonderful team of friends and fellow fighters that I go on adventures with to different role play and medieval events.
Some of us met at the immersive cinematic event Weekend Warrior , and we have together ventured to other worlds, including crown jewel of Medieval Fantasy games which is based in Quebec, Bicolline.
Some of us are noble Kingsmen and brave Rangers, others the Free Company of the Lys Noir, and others are the bold crew of the Morningstar. All of us are companions and friends.
This year we hope to buy a large team tent for ourselves for Bicolline’s Grand Bataille this year. Although our story is that we arrived by ship into a new world with few belongings, we hope to comport ourselves with the dignity of knights, with a home base we can be proud of.
There is a really wonderful used Panther Primitives marquee for sale at a great price, which would suit all of our group needs (sleeping, storage, a decorum place to sit inside out of the weather...). It's huge! And beautiful!
The tent we want is a 14’ x 18’ Marquee with 10’ x 18’ flat fly. Tent and fly both have black George Washington scallops. The walls are 6’ and also have stove insert wall. It is 13 oz Sun forger flame retardant, with a 14’ x 18’ super ground cloth . All poles included, but we need to buy or make stakes. The canvas is in excellent condition.
As most medievalists know, Panther Primitive make the best historical tents out there, are thousands of dollars to buy new, so it's a *really* terrific deal.
However, it's still more than we can individually afford, since we are already spending a lot on travel, personal and team gear, and entry fees. So, I'm reaching out to you, my online community!
We are looking for patrons and sponsors who want to chip in and help us to buy this awesome tent while it's on the market! We are not the only people interested and campaign season is about to begin, so we don't have long to secure the deal before it's snapped up. I've begun conversations with the vendor and hopefully have first dibs, but still need to move fast.
As a thank you, anyone who contributes to help our team buy this will have their name (real or fictional character name, you tell me) recorded on a beautiful banner that will be permanently attached to the Marquee, on display for all to see, and to remind us gratefully of our extended support team!
