Help my sweet beagle she has a torn ACL I'm 69year

I had raised the money for Baby's surgery. And took her in for her surgery. The vet called me with bad news. After looking at x-rays she had found a mass in her stomach . and told me she needed surgery right away. That it was more important than the ACL surgery! I'm beside myself. Surgery was done. Found out the mass was on her liver. They sent sample to pathology. Results came back. For Cushing Disease. It's a serious disease. But vet said. That she will be on meds the rest of her life. And blood test periodically.
I'm taking her to vet tomorrow Monday Aug 31 for her first test and meds. Now I'm praying for help with her ACL injury surgery she so badly needs. She's been through so much. Thank you all for reading my story. She's my world as much as I'm hers.

Just found out my baby beagle has a torn ACL . Vet charged me$342.00 to get -ray and visit. Said they also found something next to her stomach. The estimated cost for surgery is $3491.81 .
I'm 69 years old live alone with my beagle. Love her more than everything. I hate asking for help. But I would do anything to stop her pain.
