Help my Stella

I cannot begin to express how terrified I am. Many of you know I live for my dogs. I have rescued all 4 of them and they are my everything. Life has been rough this year, I left what I thought would be a career position and jumped into the unknown that is my mobile detailing business. The year started out great and busy, but these past 3 months have not gone well and I find myself in a tight financial situation. 
Stella has been my little baby girl for the past 9 years after I rescued her from a euthanasia scenario as a puppy. She is the sweetest of my 4 and has been the light of my life. Two days ago she started acting lethargic and yesterday began bleeding from her mouth and nose. She has bruises forming all over her body and my veterinarian fears she has contracted a severe clotting issue either from cancer or a blood borne disease. He cannot easily diagnose her issue and the tests he's ordered just to find the issue are quite costly and I'm coming up short. I still have to worry about treatment after diagnosis. I could use any help you have to give.
