Help My Son Weston Gain Independence with a Service Dog

Donation protected
My son, Weston Mejia, is six years old and lives with a rare neurogenetic disorder called Angelman Syndrome. This condition impacts his motor skills—preventing him from walking independently—causes him to be non-verbal, and leads to seizures, sleep disturbances, and other challenges.

Despite these struggles, Weston radiates pure joy. His happiness is truly contagious, lighting up every room he enters and bringing smiles to everyone around him. His resilience and unwavering positivity inspire us daily.

I am raising funds to provide Weston with a specially trained service dog that will enhance his independence, ensure his safety—especially near the ponds surrounding our home—and assist in alerting us to seizures. This life-changing companion will offer him greater freedom and security in his daily life.

Your generosity and support mean the world to us. Every donation, no matter the amount, brings Weston one step closer to having the support he needs. Thank you for being part of his journey!
