My brave son was stabbed over 10 times trying to protect and save the life of his counselor on January 19, 2026, who did not make it. I did not post his picture for safety and privacy reasons, but only posted the picture of where the crime took place.

My son will now have a scar on his mouth and other areas of his body, along with possible nerve damage from being stabbed in his hand. He is pretty new at his job and will probably not be able to go back to work right away and is currently in the hospital.

While others may have run away, he faced this killer and physically tried to stop him from stabbing his counselor. While he has medical insurance, he will need help with bills and other things during his healing, not only physically, but mentally, as he feels he could or should have done more to save the life of his counselor. But this killer shoved him down a flight of steps after stabbing my son multiple times, only to then finish killing the other individual.

My son didn't deserve this and I am hoping that if anyone can or wants to help with any of his living expenses, I know he would greatly appreciate the help.
