My 6-week-old son is currently in the hospital with a fractured skull and a brain bleed. This all happened just yesterday, and his mother is now in jail as the suspect behind his injuries. I am now his sole caregiver, and my world has been turned upside down in an instant.

Right now, I have no home of my own and want nothing more than to provide a safe place for my son once he is able to leave the hospital. I am unemployed due to a cyst in my spinal cord, which makes it very difficult to find work and afford even the basics like food. I also have no clothing or essentials to be able to stay by his side 24/7 during his recovery. Every day is a struggle, but I am determined to do everything I can for my son.

My son is my world, and I can't imagine a life without him. Anything that helps is greatly appreciated while my son hopefully recovers.
