My son has always tried to do the right thing, but this past year has been incredibly hard for him. His wife left and he could not pay the mortgage for six months, their home was foreclosed on and he lost everything he had worked for. He sold all his belongings, trying to get back on his feet, but it seemed like every door kept closing. The stress and heartbreak sent him into a downward spiral, and he found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was arrested and now he is facing a drug charge. This is his first time ever being in trouble with the law, and it has been overwhelming for both of us.

Right now, I am doing everything I can to help him, but I can't do it alone. The funds raised here will go directly toward paying for his attorney fees, giving him a real chance to start over. I want to help him find a safe place to live and support him as he works to rebuild his life.
