I’m reaching out today to ask for your support in helping my son achieve his goal of competing at the state level in highschool mountain biking.

I have been out of work since the beginning of the year and my son is in desperate need of a new mountain bike as he’s a good 4 inches too big for a medium now and needs a large.

I know that there are many much more worthy causes in this world, but this one is very special to me. This is one of the most humbling experiences I have gone through already but he is more important to me than my pride.

Mountain biking is the only team sport he loves and it’s very important to him. Unfortunately, the cost of a quality bike that can handle the challenges of competition is high, and as much as my mother and I want to help him, we need a little help to make it happen. Mountain biking requires reliable equipment and 3k is about where I’ve found decent used bikes that will actually support his goal.
