Hello everyone, I am a proud single mother raising an incredible teenage son who has worked so hard to earn the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. this May for his junior high senior class trip. This educational trip will allow him to experience our nation’s history firsthand — visiting monuments, museums, and important landmarks that he has studied in school.
My son is a respectful, responsible, and kind young man. He maintains strong grades, consistently putting in the effort to succeed academically. His teachers often compliment his positive attitude, leadership in the classroom, and willingness to help others. He stays out of trouble, makes good choices, and represents his family and school with pride.
As a single mother, I do everything I can to provide for him, but covering the full cost of this trip on my own has been challenging. The deadline to have the trip fully paid is the end of March, and I am doing everything possible to make sure he doesn’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. This trip is more than just travel — it’s a chance for him to broaden his horizons, deepen his understanding of history and government, and create lasting memories with his classmates as he prepares to move forward in his academic journey.
Any donation, big or small, would mean the world to us. If you’re unable to give, sharing this fundraiser would also be such a blessing. Thank you for supporting a hardworking, deserving young man in reaching this important milestone. With gratitude, A Proud Mom
