My 13-year-old son is facing the biggest challenge of his young life. He was recently diagnosed with aggressive ALL leukemia, and his doctors have told us that a bone marrow transplant is his best hope for recovery. The next few months will be incredibly difficult, as we will need to travel to Palo Alto, California for his transplant and treatment, which is expected to last at least four months.
This journey is not only emotionally overwhelming, but it’s also a huge financial strain. Our insurance won’t cover most of the costs, so we are reaching out for help with travel expenses, medical bills, and everything else that comes with being far from home during such a critical time. Every bit of support will help us focus on what matters most—my son’s health and recovery.
I ask that you please keep my son in your prayers and hope with us that the transplant is a success and he can be cancer free. He’s a good kid who has always worked hard in school, but this illness has forced him to switch to online classes, making it even harder for him to keep up. Your kindness, prayers, and support mean the world to us as we fight for his future.
The money will be used for any medical bills that need to be paid while he’s there for 4 months .
