My son was shot this morning and is now paralyzed from the waist down. He’s currently in the ICU, and our family is facing a situation we never imagined. The doctors have told us he will never walk again, and we are trying to process what this means for his future. He just turned 18 years old 10 days ago, and he still has so much life ahead of him. We know there will be many challenges, but we are determined to pull through this together.

The funds raised will help pay for his medical bills and the things he will need once he leaves the hospital. This includes a wheelchair, a special bed, and a ramp to make our home accessible. These are mandatory for his care and independence, and we want to make sure he has everything he needs to start this new chapter.
