My name is Maysoun Alkhatib (Hamouda), a Palestinian living in Canada. The unprcedented and catastrophic situation in Gaza lead me to organize this fundraise, seeking your kind support to help my sister's family leave Gaza. Her family includes herself, husband, and four daughters, two of them are twins.

The four daughters already lost an uncle and an aunt living with them in the same house - not to mention the loss of their house. They currently live in a tent in Rafah.

One of the twin girls has a severe asthma and her health conditions exacerbated because of the white phosphorous, the starvation and the lack of clean water.

I have already submitted an expression of interest to the Canadian government to grant my sister's family a visa to Canada to join me here. However, I still feel powerless since I don't have enough money to cover the travel expenses. I will do my best to support them when they arrive in Canada.

I am seeking your kind support and donation to help me cover their travel expenses as the idea of losing them is my everyday nightmare. Please help me give hope to these beatiful girls. Every donation, no matter how small it is, will make a difference.
