Help My Sister's Eye Surgery & Life Saving Treatment

Hello everyone,

I'm creating this fundraiser for my sister in the Philippines, a loving and hardworking mum of two, because she needs urgent eye surgery, and I can’t let her go through this alone. Her vision is deteriorating rapidly, and without surgery, she risks permanent sight loss.

She also lives with multiple chronic illnesses: lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetes, which make everyday life a constant struggle. To manage her autoimmune conditions, she must take expensive medications and undergo regular treatment, which already takes up most of her limited income.

Despite everything, she keeps going because she’s a mother to two beautiful daughters. She works hard to support them, juggling her health challenges with caregiving and earning what she can, but it's an uphill battle every day.

Healthcare in the Philippines is costly, and we are hoping to raise £3,000 to help cover:

£1,300 – Eye surgery and hospital expenses

£1000 – Medications and long-term treatment for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis

£300 – Post-surgery care, follow-ups, and recovery support

£400 – Transport, childcare, and contingency for unforeseen expenses

She is strong, loving, and resilient, but right now, she needs help.
