As you all may know, my 15 year old niece Aylin, has been in the PICU at childrens hospital in Aurora for quite sometime now. She caught COVID, developed COVID pneumonia & a blood clot. She ended up being put on a ventilator & the clot eventually moved into her heart & she started experiencing heart failure. The doctors had to sit & have a talk with my sister that no mother should ever have. She was told to "prepare for the worst". The last resort was to hook her up to an ECMO & hope for the best. Through the power of prayer, the medical teams efforts, & the fight this girl is putting up, Aylin is slowly but surely getting better. She is still on the ventilator & the ECMO has not been fully removed. Its going to be a long road to recovery for her. My sister, who is a single mother of 5 and the single source of income for her household, will be out of work meanwhile Aylin recovers. We are asking for help with her household bills until she can return back to work. Even if you can not donate, please share & pray for her.
