Help My Sister Recover from a House Fire and Save Her Dog

I'm writing this on behalf of my dear sister and nephew, Roxanne & Joseph, who just experienced something no one should ever have to go through.

On what was supposed to be a day of joy, Roxanne's birthday, their home was destroyed by a sudden and devastating fire. In just minutes, everything they owned was lost. It was a heartbreaking and traumatic experience that turned a celebratory day into one filled with fear and sorrow.

Thankfully, they were not at home but, but their beloved dog, Bella, wasn’t so lucky. Trapped inside for precious minutes, she inhaled a dangerous amount of smoke before being rescued. Bella is currently in the animal hospital receiving emergency treatment for smoke inhalation and is fighting to breathe on her own.

We are heartbroken, overwhelmed, and trying to piece things together while ensuring Bella gets the care she needs to survive. This is an incredibly difficult time. In addition to the emotional toll, the financial burden of vet bills, emergency housing, and replacing essentials is overwhelming.

I’m setting up this fundraiser to help cover:

• Emergency vet care and hospitalization for Bella

• Temporary housing and basic necessities

• Recovery costs as we work to rebuild what was lost
