On June 8, 2026 my sister was on her way home from work when she was rear ended by a straight line truck. She was then airlifted to IU Methodist. Her car was totaled, and has been diagnosed with a concussion, vertigo, whiplash, bilateral nystagamus, cervicogenic dizziness, neck pain, headaches, carpal tunnel, PTSD, servere anxiety and depression, insomnia, she has passed out and waiting to be evaluated by a cardiologist for trauma induced POTS, and waiting to be seen by neurologist. Needless to say nothing has been the same. She has been seeing physical therapy, chiropractor, been to the ER twice since the accident. She has been unable to work, because of the dizziness and as a nurse, she can't be dizzy and take care of patients. It’s been incredibly hard for her to care for her kids and keep up with daily life. On top of everything, during the scans they found a cyst and has to have surgery.

This situation has put a huge strain on her and her family. The funds raised will go directly toward daily expenses, house payments, food, and supplies for her children. These are the basics that will help keep her family afloat while she focuses on healing and managing her health, Every bit of support will help ease the burden and give her some stability during this uncertain time.
