Help my sister pay for urgent medical care

Expenses, such as a wheelchair, a direct flight for two people on business class for the comfort and safety of Aishah, taxi drive for her journey’s and for food.

Subhanallah the ummah and people are strong we are forever grateful for everything. May allah grant you all a place close to him in jennah, make this a means to expiate your sins and ease any difficulties you are going through. You will all be forever in our duas truly ‏إن بعد العسر يسرا after hardship comes ease.

Today, we find ourselves in a situation of urgency and need, and we turn to our beloved community for support. Our hearts are heavy as we share the story of a recent accident that has befallen our family, and we humbly ask for your assistance during this difficult time.

During a holiday trip to Turkey, our sister Aishah Alin experienced an unfortunate quad biking accident that resulted in a serious injury. The quad bike fell upon her, leading to a 50% burst fracture on her L2 vertebra and other spinal complications. The urgency of the situation required immediate medical attention, and she was taken to a public hospital in Kusadasi. The doctors revealed that her broken bone in her back could pierce through and damage her nerves if not treated promptly.

There are only two neurosurgeons in this city of Izmir and unfortunately, Aishas' critical state that could leave her paralysed needed to be treated by the best, leaving us with no other choice but to transfer her to private care.

We were told that Aishah couldn’t be operated on until a deposit of €10,000 was paid for the surgery. Allhamdullilah, by the grace of Allah we managed to secure this amount of money from generous friends who lent the money to us. Aishah underwent the operation on the 22nd of August and her condition is promising.

However, the total cost of Aishah's treatment would amount to €29,000, a sum that is far beyond our means. We are a family that does not typically ask for help, but this situation has left us with no alternative. We are hoping to raise £10,000 to cover the remaining expenses for Aishah's treatment, the hospital bills, flight rebooking, and essential living costs as she and our mother are required to stay in Turkey for an extended period during her recovery.

These costs leave us in huge debt to our friends and we are yet to pay off Aishahs remaining medical fees , we are desperately asking for help from the ummah to raise these funds.

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever grants respite to one in a difficult debt, he will have a reward of charity for each day. "

Abu Hurayrah (radiyallāhu ’anhu) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (sallallāhu ‘alaihi wasallam) said:

“Whosoever removes a hardship among the hardships of this world from a believer, Allāh will remove a hardship from him on the Day of Judgement.

Whoever brings ease to the one who is in difficulty, Allāh will bring him ease in this world and in the Hereafter."
