Help My Sister, Mryla Alvarado, in Her Fight Against a Brain
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kindhearted Supporters,
I hope this message finds you well. Today, I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my beloved sister, Mryla Alvarado. Recently, Mryla underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor—a sudden and life-altering challenge that has placed an enormous physical, emotional, and financial strain on her.
Since losing her job in December 2024, she has been left without financial support or health insurance in the UAE. Although she has undergone surgery, she still requires urgent follow-up checkups and additional medical tests, but without a job or insurance, the cost of these necessary treatments is overwhelming.
I am currently in the UAE to be by her side, but as a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) holder in Canada, my resources are also limited. Despite this, I am doing everything I can to support her during this difficult time.
We are humbly asking for your generosity to help ease the financial burden and ensure Mryla gets the care she desperately needs. Any contribution—no matter the amount—will make a meaningful impact on her journey to healing. If you are unable to donate, we would be deeply grateful if you could share this campaign with others.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, love, and support during this incredibly difficult time. If you’d like to reach out, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
With immense gratitude,
Mae Alvarado
