I am Lucas Fidler(17). My sister Jasper (15) was rock climbing at a camp. She was ascending up a mountain, she got to the top and began to free fall somewhere around 40 feet onto the hard ground. She was then helicoptered to the closest hospital(Johnson City TN). She was in the regular ICU from the 24th through the 30th, then she moved to the children's ICU and has been there ever since. We found out she broke her back, chest, shattered both wrists and ankles. She is loaded up with screws and bolts that are never coming out, She had her last surgery yesterday(Aug 6th) and leaves on Monday(Aug 8th) for a rehab center in Chicago to learn how to walk and function like a human again. This means me and the rest of my family are moving to Chicago for at least 3 months which includes me and my almost 8 yr old little brother. This has affected us all greatly, thankfully we are fortunate to be able to afford all of these accommodations but i wanted to help in my own way and this is how i’m doing so.
