Help My Sister Jasmine Rebuild Her Life After CIDP Diagnosis
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
My name is Sydney, and I’m raising funds to support my incredible sister, Jasmine, as she fights to rebuild her life after a sudden and devastating diagnosis of Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP)—a rare autoimmune disorder that attacks the nerves, causing weakness, numbness, and mobility challenges.
In just a few months, Jasmine’s life has completely changed. She’s endured multiple hospital stays, life-saving treatments like plasmapheresis and IVIG, and three weeks in inpatient rehab. Once fully independent and active in her community, Jasmine now relies on a wheelchair and is relearning how to walk.
The financial burden of her care is overwhelming, and we need your help. Funds raised will go toward:
- Creation of KAFOs (Knee-Ankle-Foot Orthoses)—custom braces that provide stability and support for Jasmine’s legs, helping her stand and walk as she regains mobility
- Adaptive equipment like a wheelchair and mobility aids
- Home modifications for accessibility
Jasmine is a devoted mom, wife, and community leader who has always given her all to help others. Now, she needs our support to continue this fight. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease her financial stress and allow her to focus on healing.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for sharing her story.
With gratitude,
Sydney
