EatonCanyon Fire: Help My Sister & Her Family Rebuild

My name is Araba and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help and support for my sister (Ekua), her partner (Matthew), and his 10-year-old daughter, who recently lost their home to the devastating Eaton Canyon/ Altadena fire. Their humble home in Altadena has been their sanctuary - a place filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. Tragically, the fire took everything they owned, They are not a family of great means, and rebuilding their lives from scratch feels like an insurmountable challenge.

My sister's partner has dedicated his life to the community, running an aftercare sports camp for schools in the Altadena and Pasadena areas. Through his work, he has mentored countless kids. Despite their struggles, they have always prioritized giving back to others.

Now, they need our help. The funds raised will go toward securing housing, replacing their car that burned, other essential items, and starting the long process of rebuilding their lives. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a huge difference.
