Help my sister fight this fight! ❤

I write this with a very sad heart... My name is Denise and I am here to gather all the support I can for my sister Carol Ann. As some of you may know, Carol Ann has been sick for most of this year and on August 31, 2021 she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. The cancer has metastases into her liver and lymph nodes and she is looking at a very long fight and road ahead. She is scheduled for 6 rounds of Chemotherapy (approximately 3 months) and then hopefully after that she can have the surgery to remove the right-side of her colon, a portion of her liver and 12 lymph nodes. After the surgery she will be back on 6 more rounds of chemotherapy.

As you can see, she is taking on the battle of her life and she needs all the support she can get to take some worry off her shoulders. My sister, Carol has always been the caretaker& the provider for all her family and friends.... this time, she needs this herself!

Her husband Dan has been retired for 7 years now due to medical reasons and she has been the working force in the home since then. This diagnosis has brought so much worry and stress to her and the fear of wondering how they will be able to afford just the everyday expenses aside from the medical expenses already taking place. My sister is NOT one that really ever asks for help, but If we can help support her and take some of the worry off her shoulders for these expenses, Carol Ann can focus on the fight and less on the worry.

This will help keep her spirt in the right place!
