Help My Sister Fight Cancer Without Financial Stress

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart, asking for help for my sister, who has been battling cancer on and off for the past 18 years. Despite her incredible strength and resilience, her situation has recently taken a turn for the worse.

Her doctors have prescribed a new, intensive treatment that gives her a fighting chance, but it’s going to be extremely tough on her physically. Unfortunately, she’s already exhausted all avenues for financial assistance, including EI sickness benefits and other supports. Right now, she’s unable to work due to her illness & side effects from the treatment. working won’t be an option at all.

My sister is a fighter and one of the most selfless people I know. She’s never been one to ask for help, and we wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t truly necessary. But she’s at the point where she’s considering stopping treatment altogether just to return to work, even though we know how dangerous that could be for her health.

We’re asking for help to cover her basic living expenses while she undergoes treatment. This would allow her to focus entirely on her health and healing without the overwhelming stress of bills piling up.

All donations will go directly to her to help cover rent, groceries, utilities, car payment and other necessary expenses & cover some costs for her son (My Nephew) while she fights this battle. Every little bit helps and will make a significant difference in her life, giving her the chance to heal without the added burden of financial worry.
