Help My Sister and Niece Heal After Tragic Loss

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support during an incredibly difficult time for my sister, Jallil, and her 9 month old daughter, Fiona, Recently, they experienced the unimaginable loss of Benjamin Brand, my sister’s husband and the father to her daughter, who tragically took his own life.

This loss has left them devastated, and the emotional toll is something no one should ever have to bear. But beyond the grief, they are now facing significant financial challenges as they adjust to life without Ben’s income and support. My sister, as a single mother, is doing everything she can to stay strong for Fiona, but the weight of this tragedy is overwhelming.

We are raising funds to help with the following:

Funeral Costs: The unexpected nature of Ben’s passing has left us all scrambling to make arrangements.

Living Expenses: To help ease the burden of day-to-day costs while they work through this difficult period, and as my sister takes time to grieve and heal.

Therapy and Support Services: Both my sister and her daughter need mental health support to help them navigate this devastating loss.

Future Education & Stability for Fiona. We want to ensure that Fiona can continue to grow and thrive despite the pain they are enduring.
