Help my sister and niece get their heat back on

Hi, my name is Tiffany and I created this account to try to help my sister. She is a single mother with a fun, creative and smart 10-year-old.

For 13 years she has been diligently working as an elementary school teacher, until recently, when she had two unexpected hospital stays due to new medical issues and found herself unemployed. During this time, her gas was shut off. For two months, she's been relying on the kindness of her neighbor to shower, do laundry, and cook their meals.

As winter approaches and she is without heat and hot water, we are urgently trying to get her gas back on. My sister is not one to go around asking for help and is a hardworker. She only want what's best for her daughter and they need a safe, warm home.
