My twin sister Donna Lombardi’s dog, Smokey, wasn’t just a pet—he was truly family. From the moment he came into our lives, Smokey brought endless joy, comfort, and companionship to our home. He stole Americas heart when he was saw on Black ink crew .! He was there for every milestone, every celebration, and every tough day, always ready with a wagging tail and a loving nuzzle. Losing him so suddenly has left a huge hole in our hearts, especially for my sister, who shared an unbreakable bond with him.

My sister wants to honor Smokey’s memory in a way that keeps him close forever. She hopes to preserve his body through freeze drying, a process that allows us to keep a cherished part of him with us. Unfortunately, the cost of this process is much higher than we ever expected, and it’s overwhelming to face these expenses while grieving such a loss. We want to give Smokey the loving tribute he deserves, but we can’t do it alone.
