Help My Single Mom With Her Surgery!
Donation protected
In October my mom, Kimberly Johnson, went to the emergency room twice due to overwhelming migraines, numbness of her face, dizziness, blurred vision, and sinus pressure to the point where she felt like her head was going to explode. After months of no prognosis for what was happening and these constant issues, a doctor finally found the cause. She has a buildup of scar tissue in her sinus cavities, which has caused bacteria to spread within her sinuses. These bacteria cannot be released or drained naturally so she has to undergo three procedures, in one surgery. These procedures are a Septoplasty, a Balloon Sinuplasty, and a Submucous Reduction. She is getting this surgery at the end of April and we desperately need your help. She has always supported me, and my sister, and it has come time for us to support her. She has been working long days to help me in college, while also taking care of my sister back at home. The issues have been affecting her work and daily functions, such as driving to and from work, and sleep. These issues are only getting worse and worse as time goes on. Since my mom has been a single parent for the majority of mine and my sisters' lives, we have been living paycheck to paycheck trying to make things work to the best of our abilities. She works on a commission based salary as an esthetician, and when she can't work, she won't be paid. The recovery time for this procedure is 2 weeks, and for the first week she will be unable to perform many physical activities. Therefore we will not have any form of income for the 2 weeks following the procedure. The majority of the money asked for will be going directly towards the surgery, while any leftovers will go to food and bills during this 2 week period.
My sister and I love our mom dearly and we want her to feel better as soon as possible. Any donation will be greatly appreciated no matter how much, and will help our family out tons. Thank You!
