Help My Sick Mother with Emergency Home Repairs

My mother is currently battling stage 4 kidney disease, and her home is in urgent need of repairs to ensure her safety and comfort. The floors need repairing, the plumbing is old and needs to be replaced, and there are several other critical issues that need immediate attention.
