I am a small business owner from San Francisco who has spent the last six years supporting other small businesses. Through creating platforms and organizing pop-up events, I’ve helped countless entrepreneurs get their start and grow their dreams. My passion has always been to lift up those around me, and I’ve found so much joy in seeing others succeed.

Recently, I decided to invest back into my own custom printing business by purchasing a DTF printer. Unfortunately, the printer has caused more problems than solutions—it was a major investment, and since then, I’ve spent even more trying to fix it. Despite my best efforts, I haven’t been able to get it working, and the financial strain has made it impossible for me to purchase a new one. Since October, I’ve struggled to bring in the income I’m used to, and it’s been a tough road.

If I’m able to purchase the new XTool DTF printer, it would be a game-changer. Not only would it allow me to offer more services to my community—especially since there are so few custom printing shops left in San Francisco—but it would also help me provide for my family and continue hosting pop-ups for other local businesses. The new printer would let me sell DTF sheets to other clothing brands, giving them a chance to grow and succeed as well. I have always taken pride in being the one to help others, but right now, my hands are tied. I’m reaching out to my community for any support—anything helps, and I deeply appreciate everyone who has stood by me from the beginning.
