My service dog has been by my side for five years, and she is truly an essential part of my life. At seven years old, she has been trained to alert me to seizures, and I rely on her every day to help me stay safe and independent. She goes everywhere with me, and I honestly cannot function without her support and companionship.

Recently, my service dog has needed medical attention that I simply cannot afford on my Social Security income. The procedures and tests required to diagnose her situation are beyond my means, and I am deeply worried about her health and well-being. She has given me so much, and now she needs help in return.
