My licensed service animal and emotional support pet has been by my side for the past six years, providing comfort and stability through some of the toughest times in my life as a veteran. She is more than just a pet—she is my constant companion, my source of strength, and truly my whole world. Her presence has helped me navigate challenges and find hope when I needed it most.
Recently, she suddenly developed a neurological disorder. It came out of nowhere and has progressed quickly. She is now unable to walk straight, is barely eating, and has stopped drinking. The uncertainty is overwhelming, and we are still waiting for answers. The next step is a CAT scan, which will help determine the treatment plan and what comes next for her care.
The funds raised will go directly toward her diagnostic tests, including the CAT scan, as well as any treatments, medications, and supportive care she may need. If it makes anyone feel more comfortable, donations can also be made directly to the veterinarian center. I am reaching out because I truly don’t know what I would do without her. Any support, no matter how small, would mean the world to both of us. Thank you for considering helping us during this difficult time.
