Hi, my name is Zoe and this is my beautiful puppy, Stella. A few months ago, I rescued her from a kill shelter. She is my best friend and my world. Last week, she just finished getting all of her shots, and I was going to start taking her to the dog park to play with the other dogs. But, on Sunday, I came home from work to find Stella broken and scared, lying in her crate, the victim of animal abuse and cruelty by a person that I cared for and trusted to watch her. I immediately took her to the emergency vet, who did an x-ray.

Stella has suffered a major injury to her spine, which requires surgery as soon as possible and a hematoma to her eye. She is unable to walk and play anymore. Please help Stella live. #StellaNeedsHelp.
