He’s come so far in his academic journey, graduating from Jesuit Dallas, and overcoming many obstacles with resilience and dedication. Unfortunately, due to a recent policy change in Texas that restricts certain immigrant students from receiving in-state tuition, he no longer qualifies for the reduced tuition rate he has relied on throughout his education. This unexpected shift has made it financially impossible for him to cover the cost of his last semester on his own as he’s been given 3 weeks to come up with the money.
