Help my friend pay for her insulin!

Hello! So the gist of what happened is that my partner's dad quit his job, so she's no longer under his insurance and the price of the insulin per vial alone is about 600$. They have insurance until the 30th of June and because of pre-existing medical debt, can't afford to get another insurance plan.
Currently they're unable to continue seeing their care providers because their dues are currently in collections. They're rationing insulin to try to outlast the month but it gets riskier the more they do it.
The amount remaining should sustain them for 6 weeks before they lose support from their insurance. They're working 30-39 hours a week to get the medical debt principal lowered but they can't get refills until their doctor fees are paid essentially. The interest was hovering around 33% a month ago so since the debt has been consistently in the thousands, they haven't been able to lower it every pay period, as they have other bills that they pay for immediacy's sake.
Once the debt is paid and interest is no longer an issue, we can take a crack at the ludicrous uninsured vial price, but what's most critical is chipping away at the medical debt that's blocking them from getting refills to begin with.
I'll keep this up for as long as their payment situation is suboptimal, but realistically they need as much as they can get by August. All of the money is going to appointment and medication bills. Thank you for reading and I sincerely hope I don't lose them, they're everything to me :(
