Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for help for my mother & step Dad who were recently affected by the severe flooding that happened just a few days ago. Thank God they weren’t at home at the time ; they are well & safe just now dealing with this traumatic process . The entire first floor of there home was completely flooded. Water and mud destroyed almost everything inside — their refrigerator, washer , dryer all flipped over & furniture, personal belongings, and worst of all, all the tools and supplies they use to earn a living.

He is an Interior & exterior Painter. He has practically rebuilt that home throughout the years. They have lived there over 10 yrs most of his tools for work & work Van are now ruined.

She’s a hardworking woman who creates and sells handmade items, and the flood wiped out her inventory, machinery , and materials — everything they need to make a living.

We're still in the process of cleaning out the house, removing mud and debris, and trying to salvage anything we can. But the damage is overwhelming.

We’re humbly asking for any support you can offer. Donations will go directly toward essential recovery needs — repairing damage to the home, & to help replace both vehicles that were flooded or any home essentials.

And to helping them rebuild their small businesses so they can get back on their feet.
