Help My Parents Recover After Horrific East Hollywood Crash
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Christopher Suarez, and I’m the son of two of the victims injured in the devastating crash that happened outside a nightclub in East Hollywood on July 19th. The past couple days have been very stressful for my family and I.
Around 2AM, a car drove into a large crowd gathered at the intersection of Santa Monica Blvd and Vermont Ave, injuring at least 30 people. My mom and dad were two of them, they were working as street food vendors outside the club that night, doing what they love to support our family. Their injuries have left my father with a broken leg and multiple traumas and my mother with multiple fractured ribs, fractured clavicle, head trauma and severe chest pain. Their food stand and all their equipment was destroyed in the crash.
This crash not only left them physically and emotionally devastated, it also took away their livelihood. While we are grateful they are still alive, they have a long road of recovery ahead.
We are asking for your support to help cover:
Medical expenses
Ongoing physical therapy and care
Basic living cost while they recover
Funds to eventually rebuild their vending business.
They are incredibly hardworking people who’ve always given their all to support our family and bring joy through their food. Right now, we need all the support we can get.
Please consider donating, any amount helps, and share this with others. Your support will go directly to their recovery and rebuilding.
Thank you for your kindness.
