I never thought I’d be in a position like this, asking for help, but right now my family truly needs it. My mom and stepdad lost everything in a fire in Phelan, California. Their home, their cars, their clothes, their tools, and even the memories they had saved for years were gone overnight. What’s left is just ash and metal. My mom is 56 years old and has always been a hardworking, loving parent who gave everything for her kids. She’s dealing with health issues like high blood pressure and diabetes, and now she’s facing starting over from nothing. My stepdad also lost all of his work tools, including his welding equipment—everything he used to make a living. This wasn’t just a house. This was their life. Photos of us growing up, personal belongings, everything they worked for all gone.
I’m doing everything I can to help them get back on their feet, but this is bigger than what I can handle alone. The funds raised will help them relocate, secure a place to live, replace personal documents, buy a car, and cover essentials like clothes, food, and gas. Both are over 56 and face health challenges such as diabetes and high blood pressure. If you can donate, even a small amount, it would mean more than you know. Nunca pensé que iba a estar en una situación así, pidiendo ayuda, pero ahorita mi familia realmente lo necesita.
Mi mamá y mi padrastro perdieron todo en un incendio en Phelan, California. Su hogar, sus carros, su ropa, sus herramientas… todo se perdió de un día para otro. Lo único que quedó fueron cenizas y metal.
Esto no era solo una casa, era toda su vida. Se perdieron fotos de cuando éramos niños, recuerdos de años, y cosas que tenían mucho valor para nosotros como familia.
Mi mamá tiene 56 años y siempre ha sido una mujer trabajadora que ha dado todo por sus hijos. Ahorita también está pasando por problemas de salud como la presión alta y la diabetes, y ahora le toca empezar desde cero.
Mi padrastro también perdió todas sus herramientas de trabajo, incluyendo su equipo de soldadura, que era con lo que se ganaba la vida.
Yo estoy haciendo todo lo posible por ayudarlos, pero esto es algo muy grande para hacerlo solo.
