Help My Parents, Impacted by Sewer Backup

Hi, My name is Chamane Barbatti, My parents whom are 87 years old, were impacted last week from the storm. The sewer flooded there basement. The basement was under 3 feet of sewer water. They lost most of there belongings in the basement. Most of their clothes, furniture, electronics, antiques, pictures, mementos, appliances,etc. They just bought a furnace this January which is destroyed and has to be replaced and under the circumstances isn't covered under warranty. As of today everything still is not cleared out of the basement, mold is setting in. It smells awful and looks terrible. Once everything is cleared everything will have to be gutted. My parents our staying at Motel, so far , they have had to charge $1000.00 for the 7 days they have been there. We don't know how long it will take for it be safe for them to return home. I'm asking if anyone could help them. They would never ask on their own or want to impose on anyone.
