Help My Parents From House Fire

On January 3rd my parents smelled smoke in there house. They called the fire department to find that there was a small electrical fire in the ceiling coming from a light fixture. After the fire department came to put out the small fire they cleared it and said to stay out of it for a few weeks. Later that night at 4am the house went up in flames due to the electrical fire starting back up. They are now left with little to nothing & have to wait weeks or months for help from insurance.
