Help my paralyzed father walk again

Hello everyone, on Sunday January 3rd my father Rene Urena Cerrillo suffered a gruesome semi accident in Durango, Mexico. After being medically neglected for 8 hours in Durango, and  After receiving the news that the coworker he was traveling with passed, my family and I  decided it was best for me to leave my job and travel to Mexico to prepare for the worst. we decided to transfer him to Guadalajara, Jalisco to receive medical attention where we were told his fractured bones unfortunately led to paralysis, any relief helps as I am unable to leave his side or work in Mexico.
