Hi yall. It took me a lot to do this but it seems I really need help at this point with a very unexpected health issue within my oldest boy.

I’ve had my Oliver since 2010 and He’s been such a healthy boy all these years but within the last 2 weeks, he has really really deteriorated and my family is having very tight financial problems as it is and was not expecting to have our oldest cat start deteriorating in front of us. I’ve had him all through the ending of middle school, all through my high school years and through my moms passing in 2019.

He has very quickly become extremely weak and frail and has picked up a very very large gruesome abscess on his left cheek (as pictured) , He is an old boy and I honestly do not think I could put him through teeth removal and help him get back to his old self with our financial burdens within my house hold and so forth. He is about 15-16 years old.

Sadly, I think I might have to put him down humanely because he has been walking like a zombie around my house for 2 weeks with antibiotics that I could obtain and very light pain meds, while also trying my hardest to keep him fed and clean. The abscess is really effecting him at this point and the pictures about are from the last hour of this post. It’s so traumatic to watch and i could imagine how he feels.

So I am here asking help to raise money to let him pass peacefully and no longer be in pain.

Life has been doing a number on my family and this has definitely made us hit rock bottom.
