Help My Niece Study Abroad in South Africa!
Donation protected
My niece, Gianna Tortorella, is a first-generation college student at Texas A&M University and a junior majoring in Animal Science. Gianna has an incredible opportunity to study abroad in South
Africa, where she will expand her knowledge and experience in animal agriculture and wildlife — areas she’s deeply passionate about.
In addition to being a full-time student, Gianna is also employed at the Texas A&M Vet School aviary to support herself and her education. Despite her hard work and dedication, this once-in-a-lifetime trip comes with financial challenges, and we’re hoping to help ease the burden.
This experience will not only enhance Gianna’s education but also allow her to contribute meaningfully to animal science and conservation efforts as an aspiring future veterinarian.
“This program checks every box for me as a pre-vet student. I have my personal aspirations with a career in veterinary medicine that seem so much bigger than me, and I believe this experience would ground me in understanding the role I would take as a future veterinary professional.” - Gianna
We would be so grateful for any support to help her achieve this dream.
Thank you for your generosity! Every little bit helps, and we truly appreciate your kindness.
