Give my newborn son a fighting chance.

On July 30, 2025, our newborn son, Tenuun, just 18 days old, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia—a rare and aggressive form of cancer. He is now receiving treatment at Advocate Lutheran Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge. In the past days, our baby has undergone chest port insertion surgery and begun his first round of chemotherapy. This is only the start—he will need to continue chemotherapy for a long time.

We have lived in the United States for only three years, and as parents of three children ages 0–7, we are facing a very difficult challenge. Both my husband and I are out of work as I have to stay with Tenuun while my husband has to maintain the house and take care of our other 2 kids. Because of this, we are both mentally, emotionally, and financially strained.

We humbly reach out to our community for help. The past few days have been a rollercoaster for us and especially for my little boy. Any donation will tremendously benefit our family and alleviate the hardships we are facing, as well as offset any medical expenses that may not be covered by insurance.
