My nephews are facing the possibility of losing their home because of unpaid property taxes. I am doing everything I can to help them keep their house, but things have been really tough lately. As someone fighting for disability myself, I am limited in what I can do, but I refuse to give up. My sister passed away, and her children are all I have left of her. I am carrying the weight of two homes, and many of our family members have turned a blind eye, so it's just us. I could not live with myself if I didn't try to help them.

If the taxes aren't paid, my nephews will be homeless and could be placed in the care of the state of Michigan. Their pets would also lose their home.
