Helping My Nephews Rebuild After the Palisades Fire
Donation protected
Well, this year certainly hasn’t started the way we hoped!
Like so many, I watched in horror as unstoppable flames swept across Los Angeles, destroying entire neighborhoods. I felt completely helpless as I saw the devastation unfold and the fire engulf my sister’s community.
My sister, Vienna Nowell, brother-in-law, Craig, and nephews, CJ (13) and Charlie (9), lost their home and everything they owned in the Palisades Fire. They escaped with just a few essentials and their dog, and now they’re facing the overwhelming challenge of rebuilding their lives.
CJ and Charlie have shown incredible bravery through all of this. CJ loves running and soccer, and Charlie is passionate about soccer and baseball. While the air quality hasn’t been great, I know they’re eager to get back to doing what they love as soon as possible.
I’m Jaime Bradley, and I live in London, England. CJ and Charlie Nowell are my nephews. Today, I’m celebrating my 40th birthday, and my biggest birthday wish is to help them through this difficult time. It would mean so much if you would consider donating.
Your support will go directly to them to help replace their sports equipment, favorite clothes, and toys—familiar and loved items that can bring them comfort and a sense of normalcy during this challenging time.
Thank you for helping to make my birthday wish come true and for showing CJ and Charlie how much love and kindness there is in the world.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Jaime
