Covid is hitting closer and closer to home. My nephew Brian is currently in the hospital in the Philippines due to COVID. I wanted to help my brother and his family raise money for medical bills.

He was rushed to the hospital a few days ago via ambulance with shortness of breath. The hospitals in the Philippines are packed with casesand was turned away by 7 hospitals. With God's blessing a cousin helped him get him connected and be seen at Medical City.  When he arrived he was considered almost critical with abnormal labs and chest X-rays. His creatinine was elevated and doctors said he might need temporary dialysis. They said he needed to be intubated and admitted to ICU. They are able to hold off on dialysis at the moment. He was intubated 2 days ago and is currently in ICU and is being given antibiotics. He is currently in critical condition but showing small improvements.

I am not sure how hospitals work in the Philippines but was told billing is per day and per treatment. The family needs help so he could continue to get treatment and recover from this. Please include him and my family in your prayers.
