Hi my name is Jack. My mum has been in a severe mental health crisis for the past five years and her condition has been rapidly declining in recent months. She is currently living on the streets in Lisbon and in need of urgent care and support.

I am raising emergency funds to secure housing and to pay for living costs for her until she can access longer term state support, which has been difficult to arrange as she is without a formal diagnosis or a stable support network. My mother is estranged from her family, leaving me and my younger siblings as the only source of financial and emotional support, but we are now at a point where we need help in order to help her.

Those who have met my mother know her to be a warm and loving person with a wicked sense of humour; an artist through and through with a unique way of seeing the world. Any donation, large or small, will go a long way in helping improve her quality of life.
