My mother is 58 years old and disabled, and recently her home suffered a sudden emergency. A large hole has opened up in her living room ceiling, roof, and siding, leaving her home exposed to the elements and making it unsafe to live in. This unexpected disaster has been overwhelming, and she is struggling to find the resources to make the necessary repairs on her own.
